First Visit

Thank you for scheduling your first appointment with us!

Here are a few things that we would like to have to ensure a smooth registration and experience.

We are a paperless dental office! Please fill out the new patient forms sent to you via email or text. Call us if you need assistance. If you do not fill your forms out ahead of time, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for registration.
Bring your ID and insurance card if you have one. No insurance? Ask about our special Precision Dental Group Membership Program to get savings on any treatment that you may need!
Be sure to let us know about any medications and or allergies to medications that you may have.
If you have a recent set of x-rays from a previous dentist, please email a copy to info@presiciondentalgroupnj.com and we can add it to your records. Don’t worry if you can’t get a copy! We are able to take new ones at this visit.
Our doctors and hygienists will give you a comprehensive exam and a nice cleaning. If you are here for an emergency visit, we will address your issue as best as we can.
