Veneers

Are you ready for a smile makeover that uses just a single treatment? Whether you have slightly crooked teeth, small gaps, chips, staining, or more that make you feel self-conscious about your smile, veneers can help you. Veneers cover the entire front of a tooth or several teeth and are customized to your smile.

If you are ready to elevate your smile, reach out to our office in Hillsborough, NJ, for a cosmetic consultation.

What Are Veneers?

Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain or resin composite used to recreate the natural look of teeth while also providing strength and resilience comparable to natural tooth enamel. We create comfortable veneers that address a variety of cosmetic concerns. You can use them on a wide range of issues.

Sometimes, veneers may need to be combined with gum graft or gum repositioning for the best results. Proper dental hygiene practice is needed to maintain the health of veneers.

How Can Veneers Help Me?

Veneers are incredibly versatile, giving you a smile makeover in just a couple of visits. If you are struggling with these issues, veneers can help you with:

Chips, cracks, or worn edges

Stains and discoloration

Gaps or uneven spacing

Slight misalignment or irregular shape

Teeth that appear too small

If you aren’t sure if veneers can help you, we can help you determine what would help your smile the most, whether that is veneers or another cosmetic treatment.

The Benefits of Our Veneers

Made with premium options such as e.max ceramics, dental veneers are designed to replicate the light-reflecting qualities of tooth enamel, giving them an exceptionally lifelike appearance. Their translucency and subtle color variations ensure they blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, making it nearly impossible to tell the difference between a veneer and a tooth that has never been touched.

Beyond their cosmetic appeal, veneers are highly durable, resistant to staining, and custom-made to fit your unique smile. They can address discoloration, chips, or uneven shapes while maintaining the health of your underlying teeth. With the ability to bring harmony and balance to your smile, veneers offer a long-lasting solution that not only enhances your appearance but also boosts your confidence every time you speak or smile.

Our Veneer Options

We have two options for our veneers so our patients can have the best results available. Each has its advantages and disadvantages.

E.max Veneers for Life-Like Cosmetic Dentistry

E.max press veneers are incredibly life-like veneers. Your natural teeth have a slight translucency to them, and e.max lithium disilicate mimics that natural color. They are also durable, custom-crafted, and particularly stain-resistant.

The process for e.max press veneers is completed in around 2 appointments. At the first appointment, you have your teeth prepped for your veneers, a digital impression taken, and then you use temporary veneers until the final versions are ready.

Once we have your veneers back from the dental lab, we will permanently attach your custom veneers.

Direct-Application Composite Veneers

Composite veneers are placed onto your tooth using dental composite, with our specialized UV curing light hardening the composite. We cover your entire tooth with the composite in a single appointment.

Composite is more cost-efficient and a quicker process, and helps preserve tooth structure but may not last long as ceramic veneers. We use a highly esthetic composite that can match the color of your natural teeth.
